1. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after receipt of a properly completed order, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. A "properly completed order" includes full payment (or approval of credit where applicable) and all necessary shipping information. Processing may take longer during peak periods, such as holidays or promotions, but we will notify you if there is any delay beyond our standard time frame. If your order involves a credit application, processing may extend up to 50 days to allow for approval.
2. Shipping Methods and Costs
We offer standard ground shipping via major carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected method. Costs may include applicable taxes, as shipping and handling fees are subject to Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) when part of a taxable sale. - **Domestic Shipping (U.S. only)**: Free standard shipping on orders over $50; otherwise, rates start at $5.99. - **Expedited Shipping**: Available at an additional cost, with options for 2-3 day or overnight delivery. - **International Shipping**: Available to select countries. Rates vary by destination and include any applicable duties or customs fees, which are the customer's responsibility. We do not ship to all international locations; availability is confirmed at checkout. All shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order is cancelled due to our delay (see Section 4 below).
3. Delivery Estimates
We strive to ship all orders within the time frames stated at checkout or, if not specified, within 30 days of receiving a properly completed order. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email. These are estimates only and not guarantees, as delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships. You can track your package through the carrier's website.
4. Delays and Notifications
If we are unable to ship your order within the promised time frame or 30 days (or 50 days for credit orders), we will notify you promptly, but no later than the original shipping deadline. The notification will include: - A revised shipping date (if known) or a statement that we cannot provide a definite date, along with the reason for the delay. - Your option to consent to the delay or cancel the order for a full refund. - A toll-free number, email, or prepaid method to respond at no cost to you. For delays of 30 days or less, if you do not respond, we may treat your silence as consent to the delay. For longer or indefinite delays, we will not assume consent; your order will be cancelled automatically unless you explicitly agree, and you retain the right to cancel until shipment. If further delays occur, we will send a renewed notification before the revised date, with similar options. Refunds for cancellations will be issued promptly: within 7 business days for cash, check, or money order payments, or within one billing cycle for credit card payments. Refunds include the full amount paid, including shipping and handling, unless partial shipment has occurred as per your instructions.
5. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost items). We will investigate and, at our discretion, provide a replacement, repair, or refund. For damaged items, retain the original packaging and provide photos if requested. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by you (e.g., due to theft). We recommend selecting signature confirmation for high-value orders.

Shipping may be interrupted due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide options per Section 4. We comply with Arizona consumer protection laws ensuring fair practices during disruptions.
